Camp Options Every

Monday & Wednesday 7 – 8 PM

Saturday 9 – 10 AM

 

An Indoor/Outdoor group class, held in the Silverado Ranch area of Las Vegas, offered three times a week, for an hour, taking you through an intense, unique, and FUN workout.Learn to do exercises you’ve never seen before, and remember exercises you did as a kid. Led by Personal Trainer Emily Bussey and Fitness Expert Tony Cress, this class will challenge even the fittest of competitors, but also can be modified for beginners. Fitness Camp brings friendly competion, and cameraderie into play. This class is ongoing, and the 10 punch pass is good for any class time available. Come to whatever classes are convenient to you!

 


KILLER CORE PROGRAM

 

For those of you looking to not only chisel your abs, but to give your whole core, a foundation of strength. A 3 day a week program, to enhance your current workouts, and really give you the definition people talk about.

 

Killer Core Program

ULTIMATE BOOTY PROGRAM

 

A workout plan to be followed for up to 6 weeks, in place of your normal leg routine, to really tighten the place most women feel is their problem area. Turn heads in your jeans by the time you get done with this one!

A list of foods that is approved for consumption when doing any of the pre made programs. This list, if you stick to it, will help you achieve whatever goal it is you are after.

60 minutes of a personal training session going through flexibility, core strength and stabilization, and clients goals, ie: fat loss, gaining muscle, cardiovascular conditioning, etc. For all abilities. All session packages have an expiration date: 1-4=1 Month 10-16=3 Months

30 MINUTE SESSION

 

For those who don’t have the time for an hour long session, beginners, or those who don’t have the patience to work out for an hour. Same as the 60 minute sessions, but more work is done in a limited time frame. The option to choose when results are needed quickly. All session packages have an expiration date: 1-4=1 Month 10-16=3 Months

 

30 Minute Sessions

WORKOUT OF THE MONTH PROGRAM

 

Every month, A new, four week program will be emailed to you to follow for the next month. A mix of different training philosophies will be provided, so as to not get bored with your training. This is a great way to change things up, and get results if you have a hard time with program design. This is a recurring payment that will be billed monthly

 


 

 

 

THE ULTIMATE AT HOME WORKOUT – NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED SALE

 

These four workouts have been designed for the person who doesn’t have the time, money or patience for the commercial gym. Working Out, and Working Out for Results

Your local Las Vegas Personal Trainer at your service here.  Ever wonder why you go to the gym, work out, drink your protein shake, go out to the club for 7 hours, sleep, drunk for 5, then go to work hung over and not get that six pack you want before summer?  Well, I don’t.  Because I know why you aren’t getting that six pack.  You think you are eating right, doing the right things, but most likely, you aren’t.  Think about it.   Are you leaving the gym, drenched in sweat from your weight workout?  Are you getting a variety of whole, nutritious, colorful foods?  Do you get enough sleep?  Are you limiting your alcohol intake?  Most likely, if you aren’t seeing results, most of these questions will be answered with a word you tell little kids when they are trying to eat crayons.  NO.  Let’s talk about that first question.  Do your weight training sessions leave you tired, sweaty and dunzo?  If not, you probably aren’t doing all that much to get those precious muscles you want, or that pretty tone that all the ladies are looking for.  I see tons of people go into the gym, spend an hour or two in there, and come out looking like they just got done watching a movie.  The gym is where it all happens.  You work on your fitness, and try to do better each and every time out.  If you do the same old thing, that isn’t challenging, why do you think you’d get results from that?  If I ran into a brick wall, 100 times in a row, and didn’t run through it, what would make me think that the 101st time, I would actually make it through?  The answer is not genius.  Anyway.  My point is, you have to actively challenge yourself in the gym, or you aren’t going anywhere.  You won’t be in any better shape, you won’t see a six pack, if you do the same old exercises, the same old way, with the same old weight.  You have to do things that you think you might not be able to do.  It’s the only way to get better.  Practice your deficiencies, and reap the results.

My New Years Fitness Plans

I am a personal trainer in Las Vegas. I know some of you people think i shouldn’t have any goals myself when it comes to fitness, but I do. I like to exercise, and I love the benefits of exercise just as much as the next gym goer. I also have my own goals, and things I’d like to accomplish. They don’t necessarily coincide with New Years, or my birthday or whatever, but they are things i would like to accomplish. (more…)

New Years Fitness Plans?

I know I know. All you people, especially Las Vegas people, are saying they are gonna get in shape starting after New Years. They are finally going to hire a personal trainer, who is hopefully named Tony Cress, and get their fitness plan ON! But they have to wait until after they party on New Years.  Because they have big plans, might as well take the week off in between Christmas and New Years, skip working out, and start fresh January 1st.  My question is why don’t you start working out right now?  See, these people are saying they are waiting til the new year.   Maybe it’s a catchy date for them, or maybe they think that’s the only time to start, but here’s a dilemma.  Most gyms, aren’t open New Years Day, so you actually would be starting on the 2nd of January, which, I assume, would ruin your plans.  You are already 1 day behind, so you might as well, wait til the beginning of the week, or the next week.  Or you’ll start fresh in February.  Or wait.  You’ll get back to exercising so you look good for when the pools open.   See where I’m going with this.  New Years is a way to put things off.  It’s not any special date.  All it does, is make you write the year wrong on everything for the first few months.  Start your nutrition and exercise plan now.  I dare you.

Why Do YOU Work Out?

As a personal trainer, I hear everything.  Living in Las Vegas, bascially multiplies that statement.  People come to me, wanting to work out for various reasons.  And here are a few.

Maybe you work out to feel better.  For most people, this isn’t the reason.  I usually get this from people who lack energy, or are losing their once amazing shape.  They realize that working out gives them a sense of dedication, and that alone may raise some peoples spirits.  Personally, when I don’t get in my exercise, I am not in the best mood.  I also feel like I’m not doing what i should be, which in turn, puts me in a bad mood.  Also, some people are stuck at desks all day long, and working out, even just walking on a treadmill, can do wonders for how your day goes.
