<p>First Bath<br />
1. Fill the bath tub with warm water with temperature you prefer.</p>
<p>2. Add one quart of 3% hydrogen peroxide bottle to the bath tub.</p>
<p>3. Add one-half teaspoon of sea salt to the bath water (Baleine is a good brand). <span style="color: #ff0000;">(note from Steve.. I prefer aquarium salt from the pet store)</span></p>
<p>4. Avoid direct contact of the bath tub water with eyes.<span id="more-961"></span></p>
<p>5. After five minutes, add a second one quart bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide to the bath water, if there is no tissue irritation is experienced (see caution note below).</p>
<p>6. After five minutes, add the third quart bottle of 3% hydrogen peroxide to the bath water.</p>
<p>7. Stay in the bath from 20 to 25 minutes.</p>
<p>Second And Later Baths<br />
1. Fill the bath tub with warm water with temperature you prefer.</p>
<p>2. Add three one-quart bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide to the bath tub.</p>
<p>3. Avoid direct contact of the bath tub water with eyes.</p>
<p>4. Stay in the bath from 20 to 25 minutes.</p>
<p>Caution:<br />
1. Use bath water temperature that is comfortable for you.</p>
<p>2. Some women with symptoms of vaginitis may experience temporary irritation and may need to use only one-half or one bottle of peroxide until tissue irritation clears up.</p>
<p>3. Some persons experience lightheaded if they stand up suddenly after a warm bath. It is a necessary safety step that this possibility be kept in mind and one should get up slowly, holding the safety bar or the side of the bath tub.</p>
<p>Note:<br />
Brown colored 1 quart bottles of 3% hydrogen peroxide are generally available from drug stores and other stores, such as A&amp;P. It pays to do comparative shopping.</p>

<p>I caught this <a rel="nofollow" href="http://pagingdrgupta.blogs.cnn.com/2010/12/17/more-than-3-questions-with-the-healthiest-man-alive/?hpt=C2" target="_blank">video</a> of a guy who says he will live the life of &#8220;the healthiest man alive&#8221; for the year 2011.  Here&#8217;s an excerpt from cnn.com:</p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;">Author A.J. Jacobs’ books include “The  Know-it-All,” “My Life as an Experiment” and “The Year of Living  Biblically.” For the last, he spent a year trying to follow every rule  and guideline in the Bible – more than 700 of them. In his current  project, he’s trying to follow every piece of verified health advice  that he can find, testing everything from barefoot running to calorie  restriction diets. He sat down with me to talk about his goal of being  “The Healthiest Person Alive.”</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">Interesting what he&#8217;s doing and documenting.  Only thing is I wonder about the usefulness of it all.  I mean, if he wanted to know what diets or exercises can truly make a difference, then he should implement one at a time and test to see if there are any positive changes.  I mean, doing everything you&#8217;re told by just anyone who thinks they&#8217;re an expert.. well.. if you have no common sense, no background in diet and exercise, then you can allow yourself to grow crazy by trying to do half of what people tell you to do.. which is 70-80% bullshit anyways!<span id="more-737"></span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">I would be more interested in true athletes that test themselves with one change at a time.  This guy claims to never have really cared about his body before.  So I can tell you what&#8217;s going to happen after a year of being healthy.  He&#8217;s going to look and feel better!  duh!  I don&#8217;t need a year long study to prove that to me.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">Another funny thing is that he mentions how he tried chewing food severely as one technique in staying healthy.  There is a following of people called &#8220;chewists&#8221; that think you should chew 80-100 times for each mouthful of food.  What?! Hello??  This is where common sense should kick in.  The guy then complains that it took about an hour and a half to eat an apple. Really genius?!  So what are we, cows now?  I believe in grazing as in eating small food throughout the day.  But this is ridiculous!  And how about the concept of fiber and how it helps to clean out the intestinal tract? </span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">Anyways, I juice my veggies already so if this &#8220;chewist&#8221; principle is truly righteous, then I&#8217;m already on the right path, just MUCH MORE EFFICIENT lol.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">Well, this video got me thinking at least.  What changes can I make for 2011 that can truly make a difference?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">One easy one is to quit drinking.  I&#8217;ve thought of this a thousand times.  And the only reason I didn&#8217;t do it was because I wanted to have the OPTION to celebrate with people once in a while.   Like a toast for a wedding.. it&#8217;s okay to drink then right?  And what about doing business with new clients.. maybe you want to have a drink in order to get to know them.  Or how about a shot to celebrate a special occasion?</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">Well.. I now realize that A) I hardly ever go to weddings B) I never do or get any business when I go out and C) There are way too many special occasions in Las Vegas each year!</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">And when you think of why you drink otherwise.. it&#8217;s always been for me just to tolerate being in a club or some party environment.  I mean, I can&#8217;t stand most clubs when I&#8217;m sober.. they&#8217;re overpacked with obnoxious people and there&#8217;s no where to really dance.  And to me, clubbing is about music and dancing.  And in Vegas, it&#8217;s not.. it&#8217;s more about getting rich tourists to fork over there money.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="color: #008080;"><span style="color: #000000;">So now that clubbing is out of the equation.. what else?  hmmmm.. can&#8217;t think of any!</span></span></p>

&#8220;What&#8217;s up this is Steve Kamman this is day two of my modified master cleanse okay so yesterday things were so bad I am pretty easy actually drink the juice out the day got work done and I didn&#8217;t go to sluggish it was the deal but in the salty drink in the morning Val is the worst that stuff is nasty record about warm water and 2 teaspoons of sea salt now &#8212; and you drink that in this spring are to swallow but once he chose that about hour later you go and go pretty well as the battling a champ you know students will do it quickly to my body I thought better of Sulzberger the Daytona to work that night and I danced a show at night and on my got there him was fine after the show though that&#8217;s most of them underpinnings because I have this habit after the show I always eat a we have the captivity gives a free meal Sundays to go and announce and chicken in the state turkey sandwich or something tuna but after the show I could need so I thought about it and that&#8217;s most of them underpinnings I realize why this is mental because any hunger pains to get to work and then I got the point lobs are used to eating then I got home and a new CD rack to work the way home I&#8217;m added that have long time I could be really Lim but I would either have to work out you I get home I drink diet drinks and had a really bad regimen I would be so healthy the day and night on scroll up and I can be as healthy as late as I could be so I realize that law dismantled my mind to become a food certain times of day and that&#8217;s the hundred underpinnings kicked in the data helped that I read a book to read before bed is a book about by both the foods you eat not eat the guidebook the mistake of sending or reading about food when I&#8217;m so hungry I was too stupid solace in their dying they can all always various spinach and don&#8217;t care I&#8217;m so hungry I went downstairs row for the morning Diceman downstairs the entry point out of Canada&#8217;s chicken soup but I should be eating a few days now and also tempted last night to get it then and there is also hungry so I stood in the kitchen on this canister. I&#8217;ll fight I just need this shape is not and finally I will myself not to would back up stairs and if I falsely with his morning cup hours earlier argument they started sooner I feel good companies later start adding more like chicken and fish and become really strict about my diet I am its is not likely to be strict but the choices you make the strict mean to be smart you don&#8217;t like giving glycol may be hamburger here maybe some factory or you just got to be really stick to the plan and I know that by doing this on change your body when I crave foods that will have a craving for junk food I had no persona which is great about it anymore but want to stop having my makers and I&#8217;m not the star of the night so as to have the stitches over on day three.&#8221;<br/><br/><br />

<p>&#8211; juice of 6 whole organic lemons (fist size, not small)<br />
&#8211; 1.25 cups of organic Grade B maple syrup<br />
&#8211; 10 cups of water</p>
<p>I like to take my cayenne pepper separately, in pill form.  Get cayenne pills (40,000 heat-units), 300mg each.  Take 5 pills throughout day, so 1 with every other drink of juice.<br />

<p><strong>Ingredients for one serving</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 head romaine lettuce</li>
<li>4-5 stalks of green kale</li>
<li>1 lemon</li>
<li>2 SWEET apples</li>
<li>3 inches or more of fresh ginger</li>
</ul>
<p>The above amount is for one drink.  This is how I make it instead. I buy 3 heads of romain lettuce, 20 stalks of green kale, 6 apples, 3 lemons, and 9 inches of fresh ginger. I juice all of this and make approximately 64 oz of green lemonade. I then use the water bottles from Sam&#8217;s Club (the small ones, usually around 8 oz each) and I fill up eight of these empty bottles with the juice. I then store the bottles of juice in my freezer and before I go to bed, I take one out and put it in the fridge so that its thawed out by morning and ready to drink.<span id="more-165"></span></p>
<p>This works out the best because juicing is a pain to clean up afterwards so with this method, you only have to clean up once a week .  I could talk forever about why this is so damn healthy to do, but I&#8217;d rather you read up on it and see for yourself.  I got the recipe from the book below!</p>
