<p>2)  Massage once a week.  Before the massage, I soak in my tub for 20 minutes with hot water and epsom salt.  After the massage, I drink a quart of water and soak in the tub again.  Then I take a 30 minute nap.</p>
<p>3)  Do cardio and deep stretching at least twice a week.</p>
