Simple lesson. Go workout out right before you eat. And not just any kind of sissy workout but a heavy duty high-intensity kind of workout! With at least 10 min cardio warm-up, 30-45 minutes heavy weight lifting with either 15 minutes of cardio or crunches to end it all. (more…)
