Steve Kim’s AM Protein Shake

Recipe:

30 gms whey/casein blend protein

1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

1/8 cup of raw almonds

5-6 ice cubes

1 cup water

voila!

I recommend BNS Protein Powder
