1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/8 cup of raw almonds
5-6 ice cubes
1 cup water

Just watched your video…..good stuff…should have watched it weeks ago. Started on a weight program, protein shakes
included, what a mess it has been. Thanks for all the help
