How to keep your body limber and loose

1)  Yoga at least once a week.  The practical kind, not the one that tries to bend you into shapes a clown makes with balloons!

2)  Massage once a week.  Before the massage, I soak in my tub for 20 minutes with hot water and epsom salt.  After the massage, I drink a quart of water and soak in the tub again.  Then I take a 30 minute nap.

3)  Do cardio and deep stretching at least twice a week.
